Will you place any ads on my site?
Cirtex Hosting will NOT place any ads on your site.
Do you allow sites to advertise for money, on their web site?
Yes, we allow sites to have commercial advertisements.

Is PHP Safe Mode Turned On?
No We have safe mode turned off.
Do you offer shell access?
We do, but you must have it enabled. See here for more info.
Do you offer any control panels, if so do you have a demo?
Yes, we use cPanel which is a very common control panel. Resellers please click here to demo our WebHostManager.
Can I host friends?
Yes, you may host your friends.
How long does it take to set up my account?
Your account will be setup instantly and your account info will be emailed to you.

How can I view my site when my domain is still propagating?

Do you allow adult content?
Yes, we allow legal adult content on our hosting services.
How do I connect to my FTP server?
You will need to connect to 'yourdomain.com' (where that's actually the URL of your website) using your login info using a FTP Client such as CuteFTP or Cyberduck. Check out our FTP tutorials here.
How come I can't delete a folder via FTP?
Your FTP Client needs to be able to view Hidden files or you need to enable it inside your FTP Client.
What are the mail servers?
A. POP3 and SMTP will be 'mail.yourdomain.com'. See here for more info about webmail, POP3, IMAP and SMTP.
How long does it normally take for domains to use their new nameservers?
