Order Marked Fraud

Due to higher scrutiny by our merchant payment processor, your order may have been flagged for further Verification, with a Maxmind Error. If you encounter this with a new order on your account, please email with the following information for verification of your identity:

  • If you paid with a credit card, we will need:
    • Scanned photo ID with the billing address on it
    • Scanned copy of the credit card so we can verify you as the credit card holder
      Note: you may black out all but the last four digits of the card if you would like. You may also block out any ID number listed on the photo ID.

      Once we receive this, we can continue with the order process.

  • If you paid with Paypal, we will need:
    • Scanned photo ID with proof of address
      Note: if you give more than two attachments via this ticket, or your attachments equal more than 2MB, we will not receive the reply.

We respect the privacy of all of our customers and will never sell, rent, or give away any personal information.  This information is used purely for account validation purposes and nothing else. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause however this is the best way for our company to fight internet fraud, which accounts for billions of dollars in loss for consumers and businesses each year.
