See our What is a Script? article to learn more.

Database Connection Error

The most common problem with third party scripts is a database connection error. Make sure that you have created the database and the user and have assigned the user to the database. Make sure you also check that your script uses the same settings in your configuration file. Usually this file is named config.php or settings.php and located within the same directory as the script.

You can see how to connect to your MySQL database via our how-to article.

System Requirements

Other warning errors may result from not following system requirements of the script. If you feel your third party software or script isn't compatible with your account, or have questions about what IS compatible, just get in touch with our Support department and we'll help you out.
