Cirtex Hosting will never release confidential customer or account information without permission from its customers, unless it is required to do so by law. To obtain any non-publicly available information about a customer of Cirtex or about any website hosted on Cirtex's servers, you must fax, mail, or serve Cirtex Hosting LLC with a valid subpoena.
Subpoenas should be mailed to Cirtex's headquarters in Austin:
Cirtex Hosting LLC
The above address is also the address to have subpoenas served in person, but due to Cirtex's largely remote workforce, our office may not be staffed during normal business hours. As such, mail or fax is an easier way to provide us with a subpoena. Similarly, if you send a document to us via FedEx or UPS and the package requires a signature, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with the tracking number so that we can be there to pick up the package.
They may also be faxed to:
Notice to Customer
Upon receipt of a valid subpoena, Cirtex will notify the customer via email and inform the customer that the company has received a valid subpoena. If the circumstances do not amount to an emergency, we will not immediately produce the information sought by the subpoena and will provide the customer with an opportunity to file to quash the subpoena in court. Cirtex will let the submitting person or entity know about what course of action the customers informs us he or she will take.
Fees for Subpoena Compliance
Cirtex will charge the person or entity submitting the subpoena for costs associated with subpoena compliance. Payment must be made to us within thirty (30 days) of the date of receipt of the invoice from Cirtex. Checks should be made out to Cirtex Hosting LLC. Alternatively, the person or entity may contact us via email to arrange payment via credit card.
The subpoena compliance costs are as follows:
