There are several ways you can get in touch with us if you have any issues or need help. If you're having problems setting up your website or configuring hosting options we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Where you can get help:

  • Knowledgebase - This is where we add TONS of how-tos, tutorials and valuable info for you and your domain/hosting account. If you have a question, check here first. It's likely we've already got an answer waiting for you!
  • Tutorials - We've got a slew of video tutorials to help guide you through the various intricacies of your website and hosting.
  • Phone call - Just call 888-4-CIRTEX to speak to a real live support person who can help you with any issues you may have.
  • Live chat - Scroll down to the bottom of that page and click 'Chat with us live'. We offer real-time support through our stellar live chat roster of folks.
  • Ticket - We encourage our customers to send specific questions with regards to their website account through the ticket system, as it is the fastest way to receive an answer with regards to your queries. It also provides us with records of communication that will be very helpful for us in solving your problems. Our support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
